hi my blog… againnn.. it’s been a while…

finally i am arrived at Tanjung, my first placement job. Tanjung located at south Borneo. Borneo known as the biggest island in Indonesia. However, it doesn’t have a good mass transportation. Borneo has 4 capital cities, but to go there you have to travel overland so far, more than 8 hours each. There is no train or plane to go to each of them from here. if you want to go by plane, u have to go to Jakarta first, then u can go directly from it.

Tanjung located 5 hours from Banjarmasin, the capital city of south borneo. u can imagine, 5 God damn hours! and then.. my arrival in here was not good. there was miscommunication between HRD in head office at Jakarta and Field manager in here, and made him pissed, and then we (me and my friend, Siska) got rapped so hard. but we’ve already forget it, i just it just my unlucky at the first day, though i just knew what kind of leader he is now, i hope one day, i will not become like him… blaming somebody’s not guilty and spread the bad atmosphere to his subordinates. how bad the situation is, how bad the bureaucracy is, he doesn’t have to do that.

but.. now i will just focus on my job in here, so far so good.. i will working very hard to get a lot f knowledge and get my best career in this company. up to now, i am still getting a job desk as verification of invoice. for me it’s not problem, i am newbie here, no need to rush.

Good to see u again.. it’s been a while,huh?

Okay,, let’s talk directly.. finally my training program at PT Pertamina EP is finished. I am passed, ofcourse no one failed. What we worried are the placement, where we will be placed for the first time.

But i’ll start from after i finished my on the job training program in Cirebon, and then continue it at Head office at Jakarta. The training program in here was different than before, wewere so busy, we have a lot of assignment and on the other hand we should finished our paper also. In Jakarta, we were always went home after 5pm. And Jakarta’s traffic always made it worst.

But finally we able to passed that hard phase. We finally able to finish our paper, then do the presentation in the final day. The presentation itself was not horrifying like we have taught before. It’s like the discussion session, the prober was so great, helpful, and kind. They said, they just want to see we show the best idea that might be able to bring change to company one day.

Then,, we passed… yesterday was our graduation day. They  said, we passed and stated as the employee of PT Pertamina EP. Yeeeeeyyyyy.. finally..

Then the moment came, moment that probably will change our entire life, the announcement of our placement.  And guess what, i gotta go to Tanjung, south borneo, as my first placement. Lol.. God, thanks to put me aside far away from home. I think this is what i want.  I want to be strong again, after I went to Netherlands in 2008, in there i was trying to do everything myself, and got stronger and grown up. After i’m back, the life is changing a lot, i didn’t do anything by myself anymore, in Jakarta, life is so stressfull and unpredictable. And after i knew i’ll be far away from Jakarta, i am so glad.

I keep searching about Tanjung up to now, and what i know it is former of Talisman, the oil company from Canada. I think that information chill me a bit, what i know  the place that former of foreign oil company always have a better place and facilities.

Perhaps i am not the best one in the class during the job training session, perhaps i am not the good one also, but now, i can focus on my carreer without thinking of placement and graduation again. And the most good thing is i don’t need to answer an essay question anymore .

And i promise i will always write you down my blog…

First, lets talk about my job training at Cirebon. Cirebon itu panas banget! Sumpah, panas, panas, dan panas banget! Meskipun taraf panasnya masih belom ngalahin Tegal, tapi tetep aja, yang namanya panas, ya tetep aja panas. Siang2 itu panasnya bisa mencapai 35° Celcius *sotoy , tp gw udh bisa mastiin, binatang-binatang aja dsini itu siang2 pada berteduh nyari tempat yang adem. Untungnya gw ini anak keuangan, jadinya OJTnya di dalem kantor ber-AC.

Mengenai OJT, ini adalah hari2 terakhtir saya OJT di bagian kebendaharaan/ lola dana. I have to tell you, in this function, there is no single challenging job except taxation, the others? BORING. Dsini itu kita bener2 banyak belajar clerical. Dan kita dengan sukses kebingungan saat manajer region memanggil kita untuk mengevaluasi apa yang udah kita pelajari. Jadi gini ceritanya, kemarin, secara mendadak memanggil kami berlima; gw dan 4 tmn gw yang kedapetan OJT di fungsi kebendaharaan; untuk di evaluasi. Alhasil, kita sedikit bingung, untung kita rajin (pada nyatet) J, jadinya kebingungan itu dapat kita minimalisir. Bagus.. bagus.. Good job, i like it. Tapi tetep, karena ada yang kita tidak ketahui, manajer keuangan region sukses mmberikan kami peer, yang sudah dapat kami selesaikan hari ini setelah nanya ke asisten manajer perbendaharaan.

Hingga sekarang, OJT masih berlangsung normal, tidak ada kerjaan yang berarti. Lol. Tp mudah2an minggu depan, saat kita pindah ke fungsi kontroller, kita akan sedikit lebih “bekerja” dari pada sebelumnya.

Mamah tadinya mau kesini, tapi ternyata gak jadi.. mudah2an mereka baik2 aja dsana. Sedangkan dsini gue kena flu, gk enak banget, mw bersin aja susahnya bukan main, hidung mampet bikin mata berair dan kepala pusing, untungnya sekarang udah baikan, jadinya gk terlalu keganggu juga, dan apa juga yg diganggu, wong gk ada kerjaan yang penting juga.

Mengenai hiburan dsini? Gk seperti jakarta tentunya. Tapi masih lebih mendingan dibanding temen2 gw yang dapet OJT di Sumatera. Dsini kita masih bisa pergi2 ke mall tiap sabtu-minggu. Jadinya gak terlalu bosen, meskipun klo ke mall terus juga pasti bosen.

Cwe gw masih kesel sama gw, sebabnya? Masalah yang sama. Tapi tetep gw kasih kabar k dy, at least biar komunikasi gk ilang sama sekali. Dsini emng seringnya gw sibuk sendiri sama kesibukan gw, dan entah kenapa sekarang gk terlalu berat kyk wktu gw k Blanda dulu. Sekarang lebih ringan, dan mungkin karena dsini jga banyak temen2, jadinya rame, gk kesepian.

Temen gw tadi siang curhat lagi, dan ternyata apa yg gw pesennin untuk di waspadai terjadi. Dy dan mantannya (baru putus sebulan, tapi kembali deket), emang admit, pada masih sayang, tapi.. mantannya masih terganjal sm suatu hal (gk bilang) dan gk bisa or blom bisa kembali k status sebelumnya,, sedih lah temen gw ntu, udah seminggu gk terima kabar dari mantannya itu. Emang laki2 yah.. giliran uda kangen, nyariin, bilang kangen, pas uda seibuk dengan dunianya, y udah ditinggal gtu ajah. Lah trus lw kan juga laki Ji, hehehe.. makanya gw tw, karena gw jg kyk gtu.. wakakakaka..

Nanti kita lanjut lagi yahhh.. gk enak ni sama temen2 gw yang dapet assignment bagian pajak, mreka dikasih kerjaan byk dan bikin muka ntu kyk disiram sama pahit2nya kehidupan.. wakakakakakaka…

Akan kutulis lagi dirimu dengan cerita hari ini. Tapi.. for the special case, some part of my story will be written in English, Dutch, and Bahasa. Okay.. because some of them are embarassing.

Today, i am doing my 4th day job training, this time i am doing clerical job, u must be know what is it means, yep.. input the data into the computer. Boring!! I swear to God, one of the most boring job that i’ve ever done before. But one thing that underlined me, there is person that doing it by sincere. I salute to that man/woman.

Ok, Nu, de beschamende rol. Vanmiddag, plotseling een van mijn vrienden gaan niet in de buurt bij mij. dan vraag ik me af, maar het blijkt, weet ik van mijn vriendin dat er de foto betrapt me te kijken naar kont van mijn vriendin. Ik was geschokt! Ik hoop dat dit niet overdreven voor de toekomst, want ik werd niet het gevoel te doen.

So, that’s all folks..

baru kali ini gw cb tingkat bahasa belanda gw, yahh.. mayan lahhh.. tetep gk ada yg ngerti kcuali gw dan lw, blogku. kadang boleh juga nih bkin blog pake bahasa belanda, tapi pusing juga yah mikirnya,, pake bahasa indonesia aja kadang suka bingung apa yg mw dtulis, pake bahasa inggris malah jadi mikir, apalagi soal tenses, APA LAGI BAHASA BELANDA?! ade gw aja yg gw minta tologin nranslatin. hehhehe..

btw, ada bisul di kaki gweee.. huhuhuhuhu.. dan itu tuh mayan mengganggu bgt… entah kenapa ni bisul bisa nyasar ke kaki gw,, gw pikir ini tuh karena digigit sesuatu, karena 2 hari lalu gw ngerasa ada semacam serangga yang menggigit kaki gw, tp gw gk sempet liat karena waktu ntu gelap banget. Dan setelah itu, gw garuk2. dan ternyata setelah gw tnya temen gw, itu adalah bisullll.. how comeeee??apa mngkin karena kebanyakan makan telor yahh..entahlah

blog, mpe sekarang gw blom nemuin ide nih buat ngerjain kkw gw, sama sekali gk ada ide. bikin kata pengantar dan sejenisnya aja gw gk ada ide. gimana niiiii?? gw kan pgn cpet ntu KKw selese, dan segera di kasihkan ke pembimbing untuk d kaji ulang dan di koreksi. mudah2an mnggu dpan sudah bisa mulai.

OJT dsini berjalan dengan baik, tadi gw baru abis naik tangki minyak bumi, rasanya seperti bernostalgia kyk waktu gw stock opname salah satu perusahaan chemical di Tangerang. bedanya; tangki minyak ntu ada yg luasnya kyk lapangan bola, gede parah!

Cirebon ntu persis bgt kyk Utrecht, kota kecil dsudut. hiburannya? NIHIL! dsini cuma ada satu mall, yaitu GRAGE mall dan ntu mall adalah kebanggaan 4 kabupaten. bygin gk tuh. dan lebih lengkapnya lagi, tinggal di kompleks pusat region ternyata jauh dari bayangan gw, dsini sepiiiiii bgt klo uda lewat jam 6 sore!! gk kbayang glana nanti klo d field pas penempatan.. GOD.. help meeeee… T_T tp gk boleh gni, sejak awal gw ud komit gw akan siap dtempatin dmana aja, dan gw bertekad gw hrs siap.

Somebody has ever said to me that every person in this world, accidentally, has twins. Believe or not, most people believe that. For me, it doesn’t matter, even i also believe that God must have created another earth outside our galaxy, which have same living things. I also believe there is another me on it.

Talking about the other world (out of supra-natural), have you ever watched science fiction movies that told you about other world, such as the most popular one is Avatar or even Transformers? These movies, perhaps, warn us to a bit concern what will gonna happen if at the end we are not only living things that living in this universe. You can imagine if alien is really exist, are they gonna be mate with us?or declare war with human?nobody knows.

There are a lot of myths that tell us about alien, even the American believe that their government hiding so much secrets about alien, though at last they always rebutted this issue.

ok, let’s talk about the others, talking about alien and other world is endless.

by the way, i am so happy that my favorite football team, Real Madrid, won in European Champions League match against AC Milan 2-0 this week. I can say, “that’s the way my madrid plays, hahahaha”. Cristiano Ronaldo and Mesut Ozil became goalscorer. I also hope Jose Mourinho arrivals will bring success to Real, it has been two seasons they didn’t won anything. Last time Real Madrid succeed won The Champions League was in season 2001/2002 when ‘the professor’ Zinedine Zidane arrived and became the most expensive transfer on the earth. His curling first time shoot scored against the german representative Bayer Leverkusin which was through to the final after beat Manchester United in semifinal.
After that time, Real Madrid performance was declining. On the season 2002/2003, Madrid lost again their arch rival, Juventus, in semifinal. Though on this season they have won La Liga, still, their failure in Champions league made the board fired its manager, Vicente Del Bosque, which now is Spain’s manager who brings Spain won world cup 2010 for its first time. After they fired him, they hired Carlos Queiroz and bring in most popular player, David Beckham on team. But Beckham’s arrival turns out meaningless. the Real’s performance was keep declining. They lost by prestige and strength with their eternal rival, Barcelona. Two seasons after were belong to Barcelona, even they also won European Champions League on season 2003/2004 after beat Arsenal in final.

Real’s performance became better after Fabio Capello were in control. Though Real’s board didn’t like his controversial decisions, such as put Real’s star player on the bench, keep aside Real’s beautiful playing style to be more effective and efficient, at last they won La Liga after struggled and fight very hard with Barcelona till the end of season. But still, again, for Real’s board Fabio Capello was not the man on the right place, they fired him and hired Bern Schuster as manager. Schuster inherit Capello’s squad that still have full of discipline and effective playing style. On his first season with Real, Schuster didn’t find any difficulties beside his failure to bring success in Erupean Champions League after defeat against AS Roma in quarter final.

Shuster’s era was end after Madrid lost against Sevilla 3-4 on the next season after they’ve won La Liga in season before. He had replaced by Juande Ramos, but he was only survive till the end of the season, especially after Madrid suffered heavy lost against Barcelona 2-6 in its own venue, Santiago Bernabeu. Madrid became more suffered after their rival, Barcelona, achieved treble winner for its first time in history. After that tough and heavy season, Real tried to fix the problems, to powered up their attacking style, Madrid decided to bring in Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka to team. and as an addition, Madrid hired Manuel Pellegrini as their new manager. But, then Real’s board realize, bring in valuable players without fixing the playing style foundation was meaningless. Madrid, again, failed to compete with Barcelona and were out from European Champions League after defeated by France’s representative, Olympic Lyonnais. Then, Madrid saw the chance after seeing Inter Milan won treble winners for the first time in their history. They were concern about how to build a great attacking but effective playing style and they decided to hire the figure behind Inter’s success that is Jose Mourinho.

Now, it looks like Real playing better and better than before, hope they can reach the success this season.

ehhh… i didn’t realize that i talked about real madrid too much..hahha.. till i forgot about the base idea of why i want to post something in my lovely blog.

actually, i want to write about today’s moment when my juniors realize that i am looking just like their classmate. HOW COMEE?? After i saw him, i didn’t find any similarity between us physically. heeuuhh.. sometimes my junior keep acting so weird..hihihihihi…

i am still looking for a job up to now, it’s freaking hard. i am feeling like looking a needle in the haystack, i have been applied and submitted my cv to a lot of different field of companies, but still have zero result. but there is still a hope, there will be a best campus student recruitment to apply at Ernst&Young, one of the most prestigious accounting and consultant firms in the world, and beside working at EY (that’s how we called it) is my plan since i decided to choose accountancy as my major study. my name had been recommended by my secretary of department of accounting in my campus, he said that usually after the candidates name is submitted then EY will replied quickly, afterwards the candidate will have training in EY. after candidates got some training, they will work as junior auditor assistant to do audit assignment for several big companies. i hope those plans will realize soon. amen.

i got a story for you my lovely blog. here it is

a week ago, after i got interview session with the secretary department of accounting to become an EY recruitment candidate, he decided to choose 5 applicants, including me. i was so relieved at that time, it means that i just need to be waiting quick response from EY after our campus send our CV and application. my friends who are been recommended also looks happy to hear this good news.

two days after, one of my friend who was got recommendation from the secretary department chatted with me. she said she was confused by his ex’s statement about working at EY. he said that working at there will just wasting her time, because according to her ex’s ‘silly’ view, it’s not worthy to sacrifice bunch of money (my friend has had a working contract with one of private bank in Indonesia, so if she decided to resign before her contract is over she must pay a penalty 33 millions rupiah) to work at EY because he said that working at EY is not guarantee that your career will success. he also said that he has been working at EY for a year then he still not promoted to become a senior.

from my opinion, my friend’s ex statement is just disappointing expression and i said to her to not to enact it as base of making a decision in this case. because her ex just afraid to compete in his office and that kind of expression will just confusing somebody. but yeah, choice is a choice, she decided to not continue his application to EY but rather to stay at her office. and i think it is because of her ex’s silly statement. it is really weird and pity decision.

for all of u guys, if you have a plan and you’re really sure that plan will realize by your hand, do not listen somebody’s frustration feeling as your base of your decision.
